With nearly 17 years in language assessment at ETS, I’ve helped train both humans and machines to score TOEFL speaking responses fairly and consistently. I blend deep linguistic expertise with a passion for EdTech innovation, ensuring every annotation is clear, concise, and respectful of the test-taker’s voice.
Today, I consult on AI annotation projects—designing guidelines, creating training materials, and auditing scoring quality. My mission: keep the “human” in human-centered AI.
